TEST KITCHEN LIMITED RELEASE : Rosehip Meyer Lemon Deliciousness: Cheeseboard Size

If it grows together it goes together

This Rosehip Meyer Lemon Deliciousness is so bright, so citrusy and sweet tangy sour puckering with a beautiful floral finish. We opted for no spirit addition as we really wanted these two pretty fruits to stand on their own. Rosehips are added like sappires on a crown, pretty in a supporting role for that which is everything beneath and around it. These two beautiful winter harvest fruits are packed with sunshine from the summer before and are winters promise that everything has its place and time.

We have a VERY limited edition here of only 17 jars. Act now.

Every once in a while we get an itch to develop a new flavor. Much like the original Whiskey Peach, and Sparkling Cherry Lime, it's usually it's out of an abundance of some fruit. This time our orange orchards sent us back to Colorado with some incredible Meyer Lemons and Tangellos.  Our Test Kitchen series sometimes creates lasting winners, and sometimes they are just lovely one-off's.
