Strawberry Limoncello Frosting
Add a little uhmph to that basic cream cheese frosting with a generous spoonful of Strawberry Limoncello Deliciousness. We particularly like it atop an Olive Oil Lemon cake.
Ingredients:
•1 16oz block of cream cheese
•1/4 stick of butter
•1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
•3 Tbsp Strawberry Limoncello Deliciousness
•1/2 cup powdered sugar
•1 tsp fresh basil - chopped
Either get your mixing arm warmed up or bust out the Kitchenaid and start beating that cream cheese and butter into a soft creamy mix. Slowly add the vanilla extract and Strawberry Limoncello Deliciousness and then the powdered sugar until fully blended. Finally, add the chopped basil.
That'll do it. Plain and Simple.
