I truly love this cocktail so much. It’s everything good, bitter, sweet, sour, herbal and smokey. Don’t like smokey, swap out my suggestion below with a basic Amaro.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
•1.25 oz Bourbon - we of course use Laws
•1.25 oz Aperol - we used Leopold Bros. Apertivo
•1.25 oz Amaro - I used my favorite smokey Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
•1.25 oz lemon juice - use fresh please
•Dash of Bourbon Cocktail Cherry Syrup
•Bourbon Cocktail Cherries for garnish
How to:
Add all ingredients EXCEPT THE CHERRIES to a shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake your booty, and the shaker for a good long while. 15 seconds or so. Strain into CHILLED glasses. Garnish. Imagine your next flight to anywhere.
