Just like the Tangelo Rimming Sugar but with a little kick. Our newest foray into cocktail accoutrements this limited test batch of our organic sugar + organic tangelo zest + chiltepin pepper is so fun.  It's perfect for rimming your next lemon drop cocktail or any na drink that needs a little sparkle AND kick. What I love the most about this combo is both the citrus and the peppers are harvested in Southern Arizona. What grows together goes to together.

Every once in a while we get an itch to develop a new flavor. Much like the original Whiskey Peach, and Sparkling Cherry Lime, it's usually it's out of an abundance of some fruit. This time our orange orchards sent us back to Colorado with some incredible Meyer Lemons and Tangellos.  Our Test Kitchen series sometimes creates lasting winners, and sometimes they are just lovely one-off's.
