Hi. Welcome to the RedCamper souvenir shop customer service center. We have some rules..like no smoking in the cabin, fasten your seatbelt, don't pass in a double yellow zone and for gods sake don't eat any yellow snow. Other than that, it's the standard fare. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- RedCamper ships by USPS, UPS and Fed-X.
- International Shipping Information: We do our best to make all international shipments as low cost as possible by evaluating the best method of shipment for that country and that item. Customs duty, local taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of and must be paid by the recipient. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is defective or damaged, we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price, sales and shipping and handling costs. We will make every effort to replace it with the correct item.
- Buyer has FIVE days from delivery confirmation to report any shortages or damages.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the new and unused item within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling. We cannot accept a return of products that have been visibly used. If you would like to exchange for another item in the same price class we will gladly do so, return and redelivery shipping costs are the customers responsibility however.
- There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
- We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- Items on sale and custom orders cannot be returned.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with RedCamper. RedCamper reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. RedCamper also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent.
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from RedCamper again, just sign up as you did the first time and RedCamper will start sending messages to you again.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
