RedCamper & St. Kilians Good Food Award Winning collaboration for cheese and charcuterie plates
Meet Mostarda, the perfect sidecar driver to cured meats and aged cheeses and our first breakaway from our saucy preserves. This beautiful, savory, chunky mix is made from California sun dried figs and cherries, grown and dried in a family run orchard, that are slow cooked for hours in Denver's own Stem Ciders Real Dry cider, a cider dry fermented from fresh Colorado apples that is crisp and light. Organic mustard powder and two kinds of organic mustard seeds are added with fresh cracked black pepper and organic red pepper flakes. Finishing out the spice additions we add a generous serving of the incredible Ritual Chocolates Madagascar cacao nibs for an unexpected chocolately bite. We proudly collaborated with St. Kilians Cheese Market on this special treat. It's not Deliciousness®, but it is ridiculously delicious and thankfully the Good Food Awards also thought so and awarded us a Good Food Award in the Pantry division for 2017.
