We decided to do another short Test Kitchen release of the Ginger Blueberry Rhubarb that we made last year this time since it was such a hit. This blend of rhubarb, blueberry, lemon and ginger is a lip smacking good time. It's sweet, it's tart and it has that special zest that only ginger can bring.
